Shipping policy

Chill Steel Pipe branded products all ship from our third party logistics warehouse in Windsor, WI. Occasionally, non Chill Steel Pipe branded products from partner brands ship directly from their respective warehouses. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer, unless free shipping is offered or being promoted. Shipping prices may vary based on where live, and international shipping outside the United States is available to most countries except Russia, Serbia, Brazil, Belarus, Mexico, Israel, India, Turkey, Thailand, Venezuela, Colombia, and Hong Kong. While international shipments are generally processed quickly, it can take up to 30 days for some international shipments to arrive, depending on time of year and the country it is being sent to.

If you claim your entire package was never delivered or stolen, contact support@chill.store to determine how to file a claim with the proper authorities. This varies by carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). Chill Steel Pipes will not be responsible for lost packages unless you have purchased Package Protection with your order, which we highly recommend. Replacement orders will default to “signature required” for deliveries. Packages that were not delivered because of an incorrect address being provided by the buyer is the responsibility of the buyer and additional shipping charges will be assessed if the order needs to be re-sent.
